My 12-month tenure at CCTV involved the production “Remembering China Season 7.” As the producer's assistant, I was responsible for the script, film production and equipment. Leveraging my social media experience, I maintained and promoted CCTV's social media content.
Challenges
One of the most challenging aspects of this role was coordinating diverse teams to align with the artistic vision. This experience significantly sharpened my client engagement skills and strengthened my ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.

The role also honed my adaptability and crisis management skills, enabling me to respond swiftly to work-related challenges and ensure operational success.

Furthermore, I established clear expectations for managing CCTV’s Instagram page, tailoring content delivery to align with Western social media platforms. This approach ensured the success of CCTV's social media campaign, bridging the gap between cultural and digital landscapes.
